It produces a high-quality dry wine, best expressed through its beautiful, elegant bouquet, a balanced and full-bodied taste, and a dark ruby colour that is not overly intense. With ageing, Cabernet Sauvignon usually becomes even more refined and continues to develop in quality and complexity.
The Primorska wine region, with its ideal climatic conditions, is particularly well-suited for cultivating this variety.
