The farm now covers approximately 30 hectares, of which 8 hectares are vineyards, where around 40,000 vines are cultivated.
Our vineyards are not located in a single area but are spread across several nearby locations. Our largest vineyard is located in Krajna Vas and is called Brdo. All of our grapes are harvested by hand during the harvest season, which contributes to higher quality and allows for the selection of only the finest grape clusters on the vine.
We mainly produce Teran, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malvasia, Vitovska Grganja, and Chardonnay, and a few years ago we also began producing sparkling wines.
Our sparkling wines are made using the traditional method and are aged for a minimum of three years in a natural Karst cave at a constant temperature near our homestead. For those who enjoy stronger spirits, we also produce brandy distilled from Teran wine.
